Burgan National Information Systems Co.W.L.L. is a privately owned, Kuwaiti company. It is Microsoft Partner and It was established in 1985 to import and resell computer systems, especially IBM PCs. Since then the company was involved in many government projects.

BNIS is also producing total system solutions. These solutions are generally specific software applications that cannot currently be purchased 'off the shelf'. They may alternatively support processes that are so critical to our customers' businesses that the process must not be compromised or limited by attempting to use a general purpose software package. 

BNIS has also expanded its activities to include consulting services for developing customer feasibility studies; user requirements and technical specifications upon which the client can call open tenders.
