When initially designing the
system, we made sure we
parameterized as much of it as
we could, allowing simple on the
spot modifications by modifying
a few parameters. This also
allows the users of the system
to make as much changes in the
way the system works as possible
without reverting back to us to
make these changes.
For example, the system allows
for more than 1 way of
calculating sick leave periods
for the employees, thus the
users can easily setup a
category of sick leave rules
within the system and apply
these rules to whomever they see
fit. This doesn’t mean that we
will not be there for you when
you need us, on the contrary, we
provide all our clients with
around the clock support
throughout the week.
Additionally, we provide
customization services and
facilities for any further
changes you require.
Finally, in compliance with your
request for customized leave and
salary forms, to be available on
your company’s intranet, we
hereby acknowledge that we are

For explanatory purposes, we
have split the system into four
subsystems, namely Payroll, HR,
Ministry Forms, and Reports.
