Built specifically for companies running under the Kuwaiti law, our HR & Payroll system will help you run your administrative affairs even when your organization grows to more than 5000 employees. Our P&P system will provide you with detailed information on the state of your employees' leaves, indemnities and work statuses. 

When initially designing the system, we made sure we parameterized as much of it as we could, allowing simple on the spot modifications by modifying a few parameters. This also allows the users of the system to make as much changes in the way the system works as possible without reverting back to us to make these changes. 

For example, the system allows for more than 1 way of calculating sick leave periods for the employees, thus the users can easily setup a category of sick leave rules within the system and apply these rules to whomever they see fit. This doesn’t mean that we will not be there for you when you need us, on the contrary, we provide all our clients with around the clock support throughout the week. 

Additionally, we provide customization services and facilities for any further changes you require.

Finally, in compliance with your request for customized leave and salary forms, to be available on your company’s intranet, we hereby acknowledge that we are prepared to provide you with all and any of these forms as per your requirements.

For explanatory purposes, we have split the system into four subsystems, namely Payroll, HR, Ministry Forms, and Reports.

Following are some of the features of each subsystem;

HR

1.   Detailed information about each employee including picture, personal data, passport dependants’ details, salary details, medical checkup, previous work experience, qualifications details and leave calculation details.

2.    Annual paid and unpaid leave calculation.

3.   Customized sick leave calculation; users can preset total number of leave days for each of the sick leave payment categories, i.e. paid, ¾ paid, ½ paid, ¼ paid and not paid.

4.   Other paid leaves, for example, hajj, delivery and study leaves.

5.   Indemnity calculation.

 Payroll

1.  Salary, banks, and social security details for each employee.

2.  Social security calculation for Kuwaiti employees.

3.  Separate screens for monthly additions and deductions of all kinds.

4.  Separate screens for monthly credit and debit settlements of all kinds.

5.  Bank disks setup screen.

6.  The ability to disperse cash salaries for certain employees.

7.  Trial and final salary calculations, keeps from erroneous unwanted salary calculations.

8.  Employee loans calculations, with the ability to postpone deduct loan installment payment for current month.

9.  External loans calculations, for example, The Savings & Loans Bank.

 Ministry Forms

Printing of all ministerial forms concerning employee residency, medical insurance, and work permits.
